Human Transcription Factor Oligonucleotide Microarray

We have developed an oligonucleotide microarray which will comprise the entire set of human transcription factors. The reference for the microarray is:

The array consists of 50mer probes, each specific to one transcription factor. We are continually updating the array, so please check back for the most recent version. The current table includes 1794 oligomers for the 1962 entries.
