SAGE Library Tags: 4 Week Posterior Rhombomere Library

13573 SAGE tags from the 4 week posterior rhombomere (rhombomeres 5 to 8; Source R493, 512, 517, 519) library were sequenced. There are 7943 different SAGE tags with the most common tag sequenced 144 times. 5257 of the tags match at least one gene or EST in BLAST homology searches.

Each listing in the table links to a respective UniGene cluster ID, if known. Tags with more than one database hit appear more than once. Each page has approximately 500 tags listed.
