SAGE Library Tags: 4 Week Posterior Rhombomere Library

13573 SAGE tags from the 4 week posterior rhombomere (rhombomeres 5 to 8; Source R493, 512, 517, 519) library were sequenced. There are 7943 different SAGE tags with the most common tag sequenced 144 times. 5657 of the tags match at least one gene or EST in the SAGEmap reference lists.
