14667 SAGE tags from the 4 week anterior rhombomere (rhombomeres 1 to 4; source R493, 512, 517, 519) library were sequenced. There are 8206 different SAGE tags, with the most common tag sequenced 177 times. Of the 8206 different tags, 6047 matched known genes or ESTs.
