4 wk Gestation Library (R318)

50,864 SAGE tags from the 26 day embryonic RNA (Carnegie 12, source R318) library were sequenced. 14,908 tags appeared once and 5,225 tags occurred more times, with the most common tag appearing 620 times. The following links are to pages with approximately 250 tags per page, ordered by the number of times each was sequenced. The tags are linked to their respective UniGene cluster ID, if known. Sequence matches to genes or ESTs, if any, are also listed. Of the 20,133 different tags, 12,193 matched known genes or ESTs.
