4 wk Gestation Library (R318)

42888 SAGE tags from the 26 day embryonic RNA (Carnegie 12, source R318) library were sequenced. 9109 tags appeared once and 4691 tags occurred more times, with the most common tag appearing 620 times. The following links are to pages with approximately 500 tags per page, ordered by the number of times each was sequenced. The tags are linked to their respective SAGEmap, Unigene, and LocusLink data, if known. Sequence matches to gene, if any, are also listed. Of the 13800 different tags, 11993 matched known genes or ESTs.
